When most people reach out for an interior detail, it’s not just because their car is dirty — it’s because life has been busy, overwhelming, or simply too heavy to catch up. This FAQ page is here to give you clarity and peace of mind before you book. If you’re unsure, embarrassed, or worried your car is “too far gone,” you’re in the right place. We’ve seen everything, and we don’t judge anyone. Ever.

How long does an interior detail take?

The time depends on the condition of your vehicle. A normal interior usually takes 2–3 hours. Heavily soiled interiors, pet hair, stains, and deep extractions can take longer. We don’t rush — we’d rather do the job right than cut corners.

What’s included in your interior detail?

Every interior detail includes a full vacuum, deep cleaning of all surfaces, cupholders, consoles, vents, door panels, carpets, floor mats, seats, windows, and a full deodorization. If needed, we also perform stain extraction, steam cleaning, and pet hair removal. You’ll get a completely reset interior — not a quick wipe-down.

Can you remove stains?

Most stains can be significantly lightened or fully removed, depending on what caused them and how long they’ve been there. Food, drink spills, mud, salt, and everyday messes respond extremely well. Older stains or dye transfers may lighten but not disappear completely — and we’ll always give you honest expectations.

Is pet hair removal included?

Yes. But extreme pet hair cases take additional time, so we may adjust the service price if the removal requires heavy extraction. No matter how bad it looks, we can handle it — we do not judge and we do not rush the process.

Do you handle bad odors?

Yes. Odors from food, spills, pets, moisture, or just long-term buildup can be removed or dramatically reduced through steam cleaning, disinfecting, and deep fabric extraction. Severe odors (smoke, mildew, or rot) may require additional odor treatment sessions.

Do you need access to water or electricity?

We come fully equipped with our own power, lighting, and everything needed.The only thing we ask for if possible is water. You can stay inside and focus on your day — we handle everything in your driveway.

Do I need to empty my car before you arrive?

If you’re able to remove personal items and trash, it helps speed up the detail. But if life has been busy and your car is full, don’t stress. We can take care of it. Our only rule is that we don’t throw away personal items like mail, paperwork, or valuables — we set them aside neatly for you.

Can you detail my car if the weather is bad?

Light rain or cold weather is fine — we bring canopies, heaters, and lighting as needed. Severe weather may require rescheduling to keep your car protected and ensure we can work safely and effectively.

What if my car is “really bad”? Should I be embarrassed?

Absolutely not. Many of our clients are parents, pet owners, busy professionals, caregivers, students, and people simply trying to get through life. Mess builds up. Stress happens. Cars get overwhelming. We’re here to help you feel better — not judge you.

How often should I get my interior detailed?

Most drivers benefit from a full interior detail every 3–6 months. Families with kids or pets sometimes prefer every 1–2 months for maintenance. If you want, we can also set up a customized maintenance schedule for you..

Will my seats be wet afterward?

After deep extraction or shampooing, seats may feel slightly damp for a short period. We use fast-drying techniques, fans, and premium machines to minimize dry time. Most vehicles dry within a few hours.

Can you restore leather seats?

Yes. We can clean, condition, and protect leather, improving softness, restoring color vibrancy, and reducing dryness and cracking. However it is important to note that we cannot repair them once they tear or crack.

Do you clean children’s car seats?

Yes, but we do not uninstall or reinstall them for liability reasons. If you remove them, we will clean them thoroughly and safely.

How do I book an appointment?

You can text, call, or book online — whatever feels easiest. Once booked, we handle everything else. You simply walk out to a car that feels fresh, reset, and ready for your life again.

Can I add another service at the time of the appointment?

-The short answer is yes! If there is extra time available and the weather permits, we are willing to work with you on any extra services that you need.

Is the trunk included in the Full Interior Detail?

-Yes! We take care of cleaning the trunk as long as any belongings are removed beforehand.

Do you come to me?

Will I smell chemicals when you are done?

-Absolutely not!! We use chemicals specifically designed for the targeted areas of the interior of the vehicle. We do not use harsh chemicals on any part of the vehicle, let alone the inside.


How long does an interior detail take?
